Proprietes éléctroniques des materiaux bidimensionels et la variation de la supraconductibilité par un champs éléctrique (Davor Pavuna et al., EPFL). Afin de diminuer les pertes dans le transport de l’energie dans les cables ainsi dans le cadre de l’éléctronique moderne il est necessaire de developper les nouveaux materiaux. Dans ce projet notre objectif est d’etudier les proprietes des materiaux bi-dimensionels comme cuprates (LaSrCuo4) sous un champs éléctrique externe qui contrôle les proprietes éléctroniques dans ces materiaux ainsi que la transition isolant-métal (supraconducteur). La meilleure comprehension des proprietes de ces materiaux sera importante dans le cadre general du transport de l’energie.

Electric Field Effect Studies of Quasi-bi-dimensional Materials and Cuprates (D. Pavuna et al. EPFL)

We will systematically study the new quasi-bidimensional materials and cuprates under the external electric field in order to understand and control their electronic properties, specifically insulator to metal (superconductor) transition. The better understanding and mastery of such materials is vital in the field of energy transport and future electronic devices.

Afin d'etudier l'apparition de la supraconductibilité à haute Tc sous le champs externe dans les les materiaux quasi-bidimensionels et cuprates nous avons demandé un poste pour un assistant doctorant pendant 3 ans, ainsi que le financement des consomables necessaires (cibles, substrats, liquides ionique) au total: CHF339’120.-.
