Abstract

The Ethics of the New Eugenics, commissioned by the Scottish Council on Human Bioethics and authored by Calum MacKellar and Christopher Betchel, is an ethical evaluation of new eugenic procedures and their legal implications. The book seeks to introduce, examine, and analyse the new eugenics while stimulating public discussion about it.
