This project allows lecturers and students of organic agriculture from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Bulgaria and Hungary to cooperate and exchange knowledge with colleagues from FiBL Switzerland. The cooperation will induce substantial improvements in the education of organic agriculture at the involved universities. Curricula development, lecturer training, the application of new teaching materials and new e-learning instruments are foreseen by the project. Interviews, workshops, professional coaching, technical and scientific assistance and lecturer exchange will be conducted to achieve these aims. The main professional input will come from FiBL Switzerland but also the Hungarian and Bulgarian Partners will share their specific Eastern and South-Eastern European experiences and existing tools with the members of the consortium. Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina and Kosovo are the main beneficiaries of the project. The education of organic agriculture will become more comprehensive, interactive and practice oriented in the countries following the project.
