I'm planning to develop several ideas on the characterization of the macroscopicity of entangledstates and the arousal of classical reality from quantum laws. After the description of those aspects, it is shown how those results could be useful for the more practical tasks: finding stable multipartite entangled states (quantum computation) and improving the resolution of parameter estimation protocols in presence of noise (quantum metrology).
